چکیده

The optimal spectral efficiency and number of independent channels for MIMO antennas in isotropic multipath are investigated when bandwidth requirements placed on the antenna. By posing problem as a convex optimization restricted by port Q-factor semi-analytical expression is formed its solution. simulated method moments solution formulated both structures fed discrete ports, well design regions characterized an equivalent current. It shown that solely dependent eigenvalues so-called energy modes magnitude these analyzed linear dipole array plate with embedded antenna regions. also compared to characteristic validate strategy antennas. performance illustrated through over Q-factor, quantity connected capacity. proposed below given can be used estimate degrees freedom Q-factor.

Degrees of Freedom for Distributed MIMO Communications

Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems have assumed great importance in recent times because of their remarkably higher capacity compared to single input single output (SISO) systems. One of the most celebrated results in this context is that the capacity of a point-to-point MIMO system withM inputs andN outputs increases linearly as min(M;N) at high SNR. For power and bandwidth limited ...

Degrees of Freedom in Multiuser MIMO

We explore the available degrees of freedom for various multiuser MIMO communication scenarios such as the multiple access, broadcast, interference, relay, X and Z channels. For the two user MIMO interference channel, we find a general inner bound and a genie-aided outer bound that give us the exact number of degrees of freedom in many cases. We also study a share-and-transmit scheme for transm...

Degrees of Freedom Region of the MIMO X channel with an Arbitrary Number of Antennas

 Abstract— We characterize the total degrees of freedom (DoF) of the full-rank MIMO X channel with arbitrary number of antennas at each node. We elucidate that the existing outer bound is tight for any antenna configuration and provide transmit and receive filter designs that attain this outer bound. The proposed achievable scheme exploits channel extensions in terms of both, symbol and asymme...

On the Capacity and Degrees of Freedom Regions of MIMO Interference Channels with Limited Receiver Cooperation

This paper gives the approximate capacity region of a two-user MIMO interference channel with limited receiver cooperation, where the gap between the inner and outer bounds is in terms of the total number of receive antennas at the two receivers and is independent of the actual channel values. The approximate capacity region is then used to find the degrees of freedom region. For the special ca...

Degrees of Freedom for MIMO Two-Way X Relay Channel

We study the degrees of freedom (DOF) of a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) two-way X relay channel, where there are two groups of source nodes and one relay node, each equipped with multiple antennas, and each of the two source nodes in one group exchanges independent messages with the two source nodes in the other group via the relay node. It is assumed that every source node is equipped...
